1 fish (herring), watered boned

1 handful of leeks, cut

100 g cheese, goat's cheese roll, diced small

1/2 teaspoon paprika, pink

3 tablespoons corn, finely chopped

1 pinch of marjoram

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon of yogurt OR sour cream

For the sauce:

2 tablespoons of buckwheat, ground

750 ml of water, hot

1 teaspoon vegetable broth, grained

7 grains allspice, ground

1 pinch (s) of sugar

1 tsp mustard, (Mostrich)

1 bay leaf

Wine, white
